I’m Amanda Collins, founder of Virtually by Amanda.
As a digital marketer, I’ve noticed a pattern across very different industries over the years.
Business owners weren’t struggling because their work wasn’t good. They were struggling because their marketing pieces didn’t connect.
Their social presence gave one vibe.
Their website told a different story.
Their emails sounded like a third version.
And SEO wasn’t supporting any of it.
Nothing was technically “wrong.” It just wasn’t working together.
And when marketing feels disconnected, everything feels heavier than it needs to.
That’s when I realized the work I care about most isn’t just building websites or setting up email, it’s helping everything align so the business feels supported as a whole.
What I Care About
I’m passionate about brand alignment, making sure your website, content, and email marketing all sound like the same business and point in the same direction.
Because one piece of marketing can’t carry the whole load.
A website alone won’t do it.
SEO alone won’t do it.
Email alone won’t do it.
But when those pieces work together, marketing starts to feel steady instead of reactive, and your online presence begins to match the quality of your work.
How I Work
I’m known for being calm in the chaos.
I’m organized, proactive, and a bit of a figure-it-outer. When something feels messy or unclear, I don’t panic. I map it out and move it forward with structure.
I care about the bigger picture of your business, not just “what needs to be posted” or “what needs to be updated.” But more so, where are you headed? What are you building toward? Marketing works best when it supports your goals and where you’re headed next.
And here’s what I’ve learned: when your message is clear, and your brand is consistent across your website, email, and content, the right people recognize themselves in it. They understand what you do quickly, and they’re more likely to take the next step.

Experience and Background
Over the past several years, I’ve worked with mental health professionals, consultants, course creators, real estate professionals, coaches, and authors.
With a background in science and business, I naturally think in structure, systems, and analysis, which shapes how I approach marketing.
Outside of work, I’m a wife and mom of two boys. I spent 22 years as a military spouse. My husband recently retired from service, so these days, I’m happiest spending time with my favorite people, my family.
When I get quiet time, I’m usually reading or learning something new. And I love slow mornings with a strong cup of Death Wish coffee…dramatic name, excellent coffee, zero actual death wishes!
